Yes Microsoft is changing its code base slowly from C / C++ to Rust programming language - good news for stability and fewer bugs - do NOT have a project to change it all by 2030 - ARE using LLMs, Chatbots for the translation - but that is something they are REALLY GOOD at, ACCURATE TRANSLATIONS from one coding language to another - and Rust should ELIMINATE many bugs they don't even know are there BECAUSE IT MAKES MANY C / C++ BUGS IMPOSSIBLE
