Victor Orban has conceded by phone to Peter Magyar.

It’s 133 for a ⅔ majority. Now at 136. France24 predicting a ⅔ majority.

At a ⅔ majority, Peter Magyar’s party can rewrite the Hungarian constitution. That is especially important because Orban’s party introduced cardinal laws, lots of laws about elections etc can only be changed with a ⅔ majority. Tisza can now dismantle that and remove all the cardinal laws.
He needs it also to remove senior officials in the courts and so on that are faborable to Orban.
Peter Magyar was one of Orban’s close allies through to 2022.
Victor Orban also confirms he has congratulated Peter Magyar and will serve the country from the opposition.
